Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute impactful learning initiatives and campaigns
• Conduct needs assessments and adapt learning solutions accordingly
• Facilitate instructor-led sessions, driving participation and results




• Track engagement and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
• Develop robust partnerships across all organizational levels

Requirements:
• Extensive experience with learning program lifecycle management
• Demonstrated facilitation skills across diverse audiences
• Degree in Adult Education, HR, or a related field
• Solid analytical skills for assessing learning effectiveness
