Sr. PM - Corporate Treasury ITCategory: Project ManagementMain location: Canada, Ontario, TorontoPosition ID:J0126-1143Employment Type: Full TimePosition DescriptionThis role follows a hybrid work model and requires attendance at the downtown client office a minimum of four (4) days per week, subject to change at any time.Your future duties and responsibilitiesLead and manage large, complex portfolio programs within Capital Markets, including risk and liquidity regulatory initiatives, as well as strategic and operational programs.Own end to end delivery of business priorities and program outcomes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory commitments.Provide overall program governance, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple workstreams.Prepare and deliver executive level reporting, including status updates, risk assessments, financials, and key decision materials.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders, business partners, technology teams, and external parties.Manage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and financial reporting.Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigations across the portfolio.Develop, maintain, and coordinate detailed delivery roadmaps, product plans, and integrated timelines aligned with stakeholder priorities.Oversee and maintain the product backlog, ensuring prioritization reflects business value, regulatory timelines, and delivery capacity.Apply Agile delivery practices, including participation in and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, while supporting hybrid or waterfall methodologies as required.Ensure adherence to the end to end project delivery lifecycle, including governance standards, quality controls, and audit requirements.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency,
and continuous improvement across program teams.Required qualifications to be successful in this role10-15 years of hands on Project / Program Management experience within Capital Markets, Financial Regulatory programs, and Liquidity or Credit Risk ReportingExcellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated strength in stakeholder managementHighly organized, self motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentProven experience leading and managing large, complex portfolio programs, including:Risk and liquidity regulatory initiativesStrategic transformation programsOperational delivery initiativesFull accountability for end to end delivery of business priorities and program deliverables across the assigned portfolioOwnership of executive level reporting, stakeholder communications, program financials, and risk management activitiesResponsibility for maintaining, tracking, and coordinating:Detailed delivery roadmapsProduct plansProduct backlogs aligned with stakeholder prioritiesStrong hands on experience and working knowledge of:Agile delivery methodologiesProject planning and governanceEnd to end project delivery lifecycleProgram and project financial managementExecutive status reportingScrum ceremonies and Agile practicesCGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
