Starting Rate of Pay
$23.85 per hour, increasing after 6 months and annually up to three years to $28.90.

Summary of Responsibilities
Reporting to the Sous Chef, responsibilities include:

- Preparing dishes accurately and consistently
- Informing culinary leadership of any concerns or potential challenges efficiently and immediately




- Ensuring all food is prepared and served in accordance with FoodSafe BC & EHC Food Safe guidelines
- Maintaining food storage areas, fridges, and dry storage in accordance with all food safety guidelines

Qualifications

- Previous experience working in the culinary field
- Valid Food Safe BC food handlers certification
