Embrace your passion for fitness as a Customer Service Motivator at GoodLife Fitness. As the face of our clubs, you will warmly welcome Members and assist them in achieving their fitness goals.
In this agile role, you will be the first point of contact for both Members and Potential Members visiting GoodLife Fitness Clubs. Your responsibilities include checking in Members, efficiently handling calls, and providing assistance with FitFix and Cardio machines. Your expertise will contribute to creating a positive and engaging setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet Members upon arrival and check them in
• Handle incoming calls efficiently within three rings
• Assist Members with questions on equipment




• Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions for newcomers
• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with tasks
Requirements:
• CPR-A & AED Certification required
• Interpersonal savvy and robust relationship skills
• Knowledge of fitness industry and sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Computer proficiency and customer service focus
