You will play a key role in aligning our operations with our mission to support clients and foster a robust organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as EOS Integrator and lead weekly meetings
• Manage service delivery and operational standards
• Develop and document operational procedures




• Conduct HR operations like onboarding and support
• Oversee financials and vendor partnerships

Requirements:
• Business or health administration degree, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years in an operations leadership capacity
• Experience with EOS preferred
• Proficient in financial management and reporting
• Proven team leadership and process improvement skills
