Enhance children's health with your expertise as the Governance & Executive Support Specialist at IWK Foundation, a hybrid role with significant impact in the community.
This full time position requires a proactive individual with 10+ years in board governance and executive support. You'll report to the President & CEO while providing vital administrative support to the Board of Trustees. Your skills in organizing, building relationships, and maintaining governance practices will contribute to the health and well-being of women, children, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and organize Board meeting materials
• Maintain governance documents for compliance
• Facilitate completion of action items
• Coordinate Trustee nominations and onboarding
• Manage communications and high-touch meetings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education required
• 10+ years in board governance support
• Proficiency in MS Office and web applications
• Robust decision-making and organizational abilities
• Excellent critical thinking and relationship-building skills
