Your focus includes utilizing an evidence-informed curriculum and fostering family-centered home visits. The role requires you to explore cultural values and parenting goals with families to ensure their safety and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote positive interactions between parents and children
• Implement evidence-based practices for home visiting
• Foster family connections with community resources




• Support families in achieving their parenting goals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for effective service
Requirements:
• 1+ years experience with families having young children
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Relevant certification in social services or education preferred
• Robust problem-solving and communication abilities
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license with insurance
