Parrish & Heimbecker, Limited is looking for a General Labourer based in Goderich, Ontario. This role focuses on grain loading and effective facility operations to support agricultural needs.
As a General Labourer, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in grain loading and adhering to quality controls. Maintenance of facilities and equipment, along with excellent customer interaction, will also be key aspects of this position. Experience in agricultural settings will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in loading/unloading operations for grain
• Manage commodity assignments within storage systems
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment safety
• Participate in daily elevator operational tasks
• Uphold customer service excellence on shipping schedules
Requirements:
• Prior general labour experience is preferred
• Valid G driver’s license required
• Basic computer skills for operational efficiency
• Ability to repeatedly lift heavy items up to 50lbs
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed
