We are hiring for casual/on-call Youth Support Workers, with future part time and full time roles available. Your work will involve developing Individual Support Plans and supporting healthy development through community activities. The ideal candidate possesses robust skills in de-escalation techniques, behavioral support, and a minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Independently guide clients through their Individual Support Plans
• Supervise and support emotional and social development
• Employ de-escalation strategies for complex behaviors




• Assist clients with household chores and life skills
• Model healthy relationships and establish boundaries
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in relevant field, e.g., Child and Youth Care
• At least 1 year experience with children or youth
• Valid BC Driver’s Class 5 License
• Training in CPR/First Aid and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
• Commitment to MCFD screening and providing references
