As the Head of Risk, you will manage the daily risk functions, ensuring smooth operations as we scale. This onsite role demands expertise in KYC/B, AML, and credit risk while enhancing team performance across risk operations. Your foundational work in establishing standards and processes will be vital to Loops mission of empowering businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Own onboarding review processes for business customers
Manage AML program, including alert reviews and SAR filings
Supervise credit decision workflows and portfolio health
Establish risk dashboards and SLAs across the company
Lead the risk operations team in daily functions
Requirements:
6+ years in risk operations or related areas
Hands-on experience with KYC/B and AML
Robust leadership and analytical skills
Knowledge of Canadian regulations, including RPAA
Experience in rapid-paced, startup settings
