Enhance desktop infrastructure as a Technical Analyst at Kyndryl. This temporary position offers hands-on technical support and incident resolution for VIP clients across British Columbia.

As a Technical Analyst, you will collaborate with a diverse team to improve client services and respond to escalated issues. In this role, you need solid technical skills, especially in Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft Azure platforms. Your responsibilities will involve supporting government ministries and ensuring VIPs receive excellent service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and analyze service requests for technical issues
• Resolve Level 2 and 3 tickets from service delivery units
• Provide support to pre-approved VIP users and manage incidents




• Conduct testing of application deployments for quality assurance
• Monitor system metrics and generate performance reports

Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Windows 10, MacOS, and Active Directory
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and System Center Configuration Manager
• Robust communication skills, both verbal and written
• Availability for after-hours support when needed
