Key Responsibilities:
• Develop CNC programs for HAAS CNC vertical milling machines
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for machining tasks
• Collaborate with setup operators to optimize tool paths
• Select appropriate tools for various machining operations
• Identify and implement process improvements in machining
Requirements:
• Over 5 years of CNC programming experience with MasterCam
• Mechanical knowledge of machining processes and tooling
• Familiarity with HAAS control systems
• Ability to read CAD files, particularly SolidWorks
• Proficiency in basic math calculations for precision work
