As a Journeyperson Mechanic, you will report directly to the Shop Manager and work in a dynamic shop workplace. Your duties will involve performing comprehensive diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on ready-mix concrete trucks and other heavy machinery, contributing to our safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspection tasks
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues effectively
• Complete CVIP inspections per Alberta standards
• Utilize diagnostic software for troubleshooting systems




• Ensure a secure and organized work area
Requirements:
• Valid Alberta Journeyperson certification as a Mechanic
• Experience with heavy-duty truck maintenance
• Robust troubleshooting skills across various systems
• Class 5 driver's license with clean driving record
• Capacity to lift 50 lbs and handle confined spaces
