Job Overview
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, quick‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers

Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns

Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services

Negotiate service agreement renewals, control inventory, and maintain a safe working workplace

Comply with driving and vehicle regulations

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must meet all provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.





Must possess a valid, full, unrestricted driver’s license prior to the first day of employment

Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent military service

Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation

Positive attitude, ambition, and organization with a service spirit
