As a Direct Support Worker, you will provide person-centered assistance, reporting to the Primary Direct Support on each shift. Your role includes facilitating community participation and supporting physical and emotional wellness for clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized support for client independence
• Engage clients in community and recreational activities
• Maintain respectful communication with clients and staff




• Drive clients to appointments and activities safely
• Promote a secure and nurturing environment for clients
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in social services or related experience
• Valid CPR and Emergency First Aid certifications
• A valid G driver’s license for resident transport
• Knowledge of dual diagnosis and mental health an asset
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
