You will assist your manager and the department by performing various office administrative tasks. It's essential to connect with local service agencies, ensuring that services reach the Indigenous families in need. Your role is pivotal in enhancing community engagement through effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support
• Assist in resource-seeking for Indigenous families
• Record and report statistical data accurately
• Engage and network with community organizations
• Organize meetings and support departmental operations
Requirements:
• Grade 12 or Business Office Certification and 2 years of experience
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with Indigenous communities
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Valid driver’s license and capacity to travel
