This role is based at the Canadian head office, where you will coordinate with production, purchasing, and suppliers to maintain effective material availability. The ideal candidate will have experience in materials planning, production planning, or supply chain, alongside solid analytical and organizational skills. You will be instrumental in identifying shortages and risks while supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review production schedules and MRP outputs regularly
• Forecast material requirements over the next 6–8 weeks
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment as needed
• Identify material shortages and related supply risks
• Track rejected materials, scrap, and order progress
Requirements:
• Experience in materials planning or supply chain is essential
• Solid grasp of ERP/MRP systems and material flow
• Proven ability to translate schedules into material plans
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Familiarity with supplier coordination and logistics management
