What will you do?
Operation and maintenance of powder coat spray guns.
Operate measuring devices.
Fill out production paperwork.
Assist with loading and unloading products for coating and blasting
Assist with any other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Work Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ensure work area remains clean and well organized
Constant light physical effort (bending, reaching, carrying light items, walking, standing)




Regular heavy physical effort (carrying, lifting or pushing heavy items)
Overtime as required.
Shift is Monday-Thursday, 4 days, 10-hour shifts

What do you need to succeed?
Experience in Powder Coating is preferred but not required as we provide on-site training.
A good attitude, strong work ethic and attention to detail are key traits we care about.
A safe workplace is a core value for us, so a personal commitment working secure at all times, and any previous safety training is a bonus, though in office safety training is provided.
A commitment to quality and the ability to follow written work instructions.
Related shop experience and understanding of basic hand and power tools is an asset.
