In this role, you will collaborate with the Leadership team to implement operational controls and manage loss prevention efforts. Key responsibilities include conducting surveillance, preparing reports on theft incidents, and maintaining relationships with local law enforcement and mall security. Your expertise will also involve training staff to elevate loss prevention awareness in the store.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct surveillance and use CCTV to deter theft
• Prepare detailed reports on theft and audits
• Maintain partnerships with law enforcement and security




• Conduct store self-audits and safety inspections
• Train staff on loss prevention awareness
Requirements:
• 1 year of retail asset protection/loss prevention experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Adaptable availability including nights and weekends
• Willingness to work across multiple locations
