As the Health Safety and Environment Manager, you will report to the Senior QHSE Manager and ensure compliance with safety standards in Fero's manufacturing facility. Your responsibilities will encompass developing safety initiatives, overseeing risk assessments, and providing training that promotes a proactive safety culture. With 10+ years of HSE experience and a CRSP designation, you will engage with teams directly and see the results of your leadership daily.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement and assess the company's safety culture and program • Oversee risk assessments and safety compliance measures • Conduct investigations of incidents and suggest improvements • Lead safety training initiatives for the team • Ensure effectiveness of the facility's emergency response program

Requirements: • 10+ years of HSE experience, 2+ years in construction • CRSP and NCSO designation mandatory • Robust communication skills across all levels • Technical proficiency in MS Office applications • Demonstrated ability to develop functional goals
