Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, you will leverage your expertise in annual giving and digital fundraising to manage campaigns that promote donor retention and engagement. Your efforts will support the vital mission of the Society while ensuring that donors feel appreciated and informed about their impact. This position involves data analysis and collaboration with various teams to implement effective strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual giving initiatives and campaign execution
• Monitor donor retention and acquisition performance




• Create impactful donor communications and appeals
• Foster relationships with diverse donor segments
• Ensure accurate data management and reporting
Requirements:
• 4+ years of progressive fundraising experience
• Skilled in managing donor-specific fundraising programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics
