• Develop preliminary plans and confirm details with clients

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 year in a customer-focused design role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and drawing software
• Successful criminal record verification
• Excellent communication and listening abilities
