In this full time position, you will be instrumental in recruiting and supporting volunteers, particularly for seniors aged 55 and older. You will conduct evaluations and assist with training resources while providing hands-on tech support to clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to a more accessible and equitable workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit and onboard Vision Mate volunteers effectively
• Evaluate and enhance current Vision Mate matches
• Create educational cheat sheets for volunteers




• Provide technical assistance to clients learning devices
• Manage client demographic data in the database
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in a relevant field or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proven experience in program delivery and development
• Familiarity with MS Office and remote platforms
• Background in accessibility and diversity initiatives
