As a key member of the AIM Recycling team, you will report directly to the Site Director. Your responsibilities will include welcoming customers, processing payments, and managing daily operational tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and classify various types of metals
• Welcome customers and inform them of metal prices
• Process payments and manage cash register balances
• Participate in unloading, sorting, and weighing metals
• Operate forklifts and perform equipment-related tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of experience in a similar position
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence required
• Knowledge of metal recycling is an asset
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in varying temperatures
