Our client is looking for a Medical Education Manager. This will be 6+ months (to FTE, ideally), 40 hours per week, remote.

Key responsibilities include:

- Serve as the senior scientific voice and quality lead for scientific education deliverables
- Review and QA disease/product knowledge learning content, including anatomy & physiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment landscape, mechanism of action, clinical study summaries, and related learning assets
- Ensure scientific accuracy, annotation quality, referencing, formatting, and MLR readiness before client submission
- Coach and upskill medical writers/scientific content developers on medical writing, annotation structure, AMA style, referencing, and editorial quality
- Establish standards, templates, guides, and best practices for scientific learning content
- Partner with client stakeholders, SMEs, MLR teams, instructional designers, project managers, and creative/eLearning teams
- Support content types including iPDF chapters, PowerPoint modules,



assessments, coaching guides, executive summaries, QRGs, competitor backgrounders/grids, eLearning, and video scripts

Required experience:

- Advanced degree preferred/required: PharmD, PhD, MD, Master’s, or similar life sciences background
- 10+ years of pharmaceutical medical writing, scientific content development, or pharma/biotech learning experience
- Experience developing foundational disease and product knowledge content for pharma field force, medical, or commercial audiences
- Robust QA/review/editorial leadership experience
- Deep expertise in scientific referencing, annotation structure, AMA style or equivalent pharma standards
- Experience with MLR processes and ideally Veeva PromoMats or similar systems
- Ability to operate independently and provide confidence to senior client stakeholders
