You’ll work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary experts and contributing to some of the most complex and meaningful projects within our Earth & Environmental business. Your Impact Apply your expertise to prepare emission summary and dispersion modelling reports supporting Ontario ECA and EASR submissions, land‑use compatibility assessments, permitting and compliance documentation. Deliver air quality studies, data‑driven modelling, and GHG inventories that influence decisions on high‑impact infrastructure projects. Contribute to multidisciplinary proposal teams, helping shape winning strategies and clearly defining technical approaches. Produce accurate, client‑ready deliverables that help advance project design, permitting, and environmental approvals. Support and mentor junior air quality professionals, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring needs are understood and met through your guidance and expertise. Bring forward ideas that help innovate, improve modelling approaches, and elevate the team’s technical capabilities. The Skills That Set You Apart A university degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering or relevant Sciences with approximately 5–10 years of experience in the air quality field. Hands‑on experience preparing regulatory submissions, modelling reports, and technical assessments for environmental projects. Proficiency with AERMOD, CALPUFF,



MOVES, CAL3QHCR and related tools used for emissions and dispersion modelling. Ability to navigate complex, multi‑tasking consulting environments while delivering high‑quality work. Strong capability with the MS Office suite to support reporting, analysis, and documentation.
