- Strong experience in Business Analysis.
- Experience in the Education/Higher Education domain.
- Functional knowledge of Ellucian Banner or any Student Information System (SIS).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban); SQL/PL-SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Zephyr Scale, or Ellucian Banner APIs is an advantage.
