Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive operational support to the assigned client throughout the entire flight management process, including pre‑flight planning, active flight monitoring, and post‑flight close‑out.
Support the movement of critical aircraft materials, ensuring inventory accuracy and delivering the right parts at the right time.
Coordinate flight logistics such as scheduling flights, making hotel bookings, handling airport pickups, and accommodating last‑minute changes.
Assist passengers with in‑flight assistance and service, ensuring a memorable and unique guest experience.

Qualifications
Experience in aviation support roles, including flight attendants, gate agents, or operational coordinators.
Solid organizational and communication skills for coordinating multiple flights and hotel bookings.
Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with aircraft materials logistics.
Knowledge of passenger service and safety regulations.
