Realstar is seeking a two-person team of Resident Managers to occupy one of our properties. This full-time role requires you to live on-site while effectively managing customer interactions, property maintenance, and administrative duties. You'll work four weekdays and alternate weekends, ensuring a welcoming setting for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet residents and address their concerns professionally
• Organize community events to foster resident engagement
• Oversee property maintenance and repairs




• Process leasing applications and manage office tasks
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in common areas
Requirements:
• Experience in multi-residential management is preferred
• Robust customer service and communication skills
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of emergency protocols
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Willingness to live on-site and work diverse hours
