Working flexibly within the Interior Health region, you will conduct Quality Reviews and Safety Investigations following responsible adverse events. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations into responsible adverse events • Conduct Quality Reviews to enhance patient safety • Facilitate multidisciplinary quality improvement teams • Consult on complaint management and resolution processes • Develop recommendations to ensure safety across the system
Requirements: • Expertise in patient safety regulations and management • Strong analytical and communication skills • Proven experience in healthcare quality improvement • Familiarity with evidence-based safety tools and guidelines • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety within healthcare
