In this Controller position, you will report to the VP of Finance, handling the daily accounting and financial analysis for P3's managed investment funds. Your expertise will guide financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow projections, and strategic decision support. You'll engage in collaboration with asset management and executive teams to ensure seamless financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage financial reporting and accounting operations for the company.
• Lead the financial close process and consolidate statements.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Supervise accounts payable and treasury functions.
• Facilitate audits and regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
• Degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA designation required.
• Solid interest in the commercial real estate sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
