The Town of Norquay is seeking a dedicated individual for full-time or part time municipal maintenance work. Your responsibilities will include operating municipal equipment, mowing, and maintaining streets, sidewalks, and parks. During winter months, you will assist in snow removal and manage ice control at local facilities, including the Communiplex.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and repair roads efficiently
• Operate municipal tools and equipment safely
• Conduct grounds maintenance and mowing
• Assist with wastewater and water system operations
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergencies
Requirements:
• Level 1 Water Treatment Certification required
• Experience in municipal operations preferred
• Ability to operate graders and payloaders
• Willingness to relocate to Norquay area
• Valid eligibility to work in Canada
