Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with housing providers and community services
• Conduct individualized assessments for potential housing
• Advocate for clients in accessing rent support programs
• Develop strategies that support housing objectives
• Continually monitor client satisfaction and risk
Requirements:
• BSW or equivalent experience preferred
• Knowledge of dual diagnosis and community resources
• Robust networking and supportive counseling skills
• Ability to work independently
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License
