The AI Implementation and Research Director plays a key role in developing agentic AI workflows while supporting member organizations through real-time collaboration. Leveraging technical proficiency, you will lead design workshops and rapid prototyping to ensure practical application of AI methodologies. Building trusted advisory relationships will be crucial as you guide clients to scale their AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agentic AI design and prototyping workshops
• Construct AI agents and workflows using up-to-date techniques
• Collaborate with clients in hands-on build sessions




• Research and create training materials on AI best practices
• Provide strategic advisory on AI architectures and tools
Requirements:
• 5–8 years of technical AI/ML experience
• 2–3 years in building and operationalizing systems
• Hands-on knowledge of AI development tools and frameworks
• Solid public speaking and client advisory skills
• Bilingual in desired languages preferred for client support
