Key Responsibilities:
• Assess student needs and goals for effective learning
• Develop and implement tailored lesson plans
• Facilitate speaking, listening, reading, and writing activities
• Monitor student progress according to Canadian Language Benchmarks




• Organize local field trips to enhance learning experiences
Requirements:
• TESL Ontario certificate and positive standing membership
• University degree in adult education
• Experience in English language instruction for adults
• Knowledge of Portfolio-Based Language Assessment
• Ability to manage diverse classroom environments
