This position lasts from August 17, 2026, to March 27, 2027. As a Physiotherapist, you will assess children's motor abilities, collaborate with families, and apply evidence-based practices in therapy. Effective communication and organizational skills are essential for addressing diverse needs within family and community contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess motor abilities impacting participation in environments
• Collaborate with families to create tailored therapeutic programs
• Guide clinical reasoning with Evidence Based and Family Centered Practice
• Assist families in obtaining necessary therapy equipment
• Consult with caregivers across various settings
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Physiotherapy
• Preferred experience in pediatrics
• Training in Motivational Interviewing is an asset
• Ability to communicate effectively in various formats
• Registration with CHCPBC and valid BC driver's license
