• Check and maintain life safety systems daily

• Process rental payments and manage tenant communications
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance work with suppliers
• Clean vacant suites and manage refuse disposal
Requirements:
• Previous cleaning and maintenance experience
• Solid customer service skills for tenant interactions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
