Fleetwood Metal Industries, a division of Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for an Industrial Mechanic/Millwright at its Cold Stamping Facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario. The Millwright/Mechanic will support production, requiring experience in a stamping environment and a self‑motivated, rapid‑paced work approach.

Starting wage $45.69. Signing bonus $2,500. Comprehensive benefits from Day 1, including a 5% RRSP employer contribution, 3 weeks vacation plus 4 paid personal days.

Summary of Responsibilities

Provide maintenance support to all areas of production, ensuring machines and facilities operate safely and efficiently.

Diagnose equipment failures, both routine and non‑routine, using solid troubleshooting skills.

Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.

Perform repairs on machinery and plant support systems,



including hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs.

Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Human Resources policies, and the Employee Handbook.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience with stamping equipment or feed line systems is an asset.

3–5 years in a manufacturing workplace working with industrial machinery.

Ability to work rotating shifts (days/afternoons).

Preferred Qualifications

Certified Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A).
