Key Responsibilities:
• Engage clients pre-renewal to assess and update coverage
• Build solid relationships through exceptional client service
• Identify cross-selling opportunities in client portfolios




• Achieve retention goals with diligent follow-ups
• Stay knowledgeable about Personal Lines products
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year Personal Insurance experience
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset
• Solid communication skills, written and verbal
• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency
• Proven sales initiative and customer service focus
