In this role, as a Health Care Aide, you will be integral to the home care team. Duties include assisting with daily living activities, delivering personal care, and ensuring patient safety. Work alongside nurses and families to promote patient well-being within the framework of care plans and facility procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Support nurses by delivering routine care and monitoring health
• Observe and report on patients' condition and emotional state




• Participate in organized activities that promote clients’ engagement
• Maintain a protected and comfortable workplace for clients
Requirements:
• HCA registration eligibility with the College of LPNs and HCAs
• Current CPR certification through the Heart and Stroke Foundation
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and long drives
• Familiarity with basic computer skills like MS Outlook
