As a BIM Modeler & Drafter in the Engineering Department, you will create general layout drawings and thorough bills of materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze incoming orders and specifications
• Create general layout and detail drawings using Tekla
• Prepare bills of material based on project needs
• Ensure accuracy of shop drawings for fabrication
• Answer questions from departments regarding drawings
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a related field preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam
• Knowledgeable in 3D BIM software and AutoCAD
• Skilled in reading construction drawings
• Solid responsibility and communication skills
