As the OneLIMS Validation & Deployment Lead, you will spearhead key scoping workshops and translate business needs into actionable plans. Your expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) will be vital as you oversee master data definition, verification, and configuration. This autonomous role requires solid leadership and excellent communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct pre-scoping workshops to define deployment strategy
• Drive the Computer System Validation strategy compliant with GMP




• Manage testing activities throughout validation lifecycle
• Oversee defect resolution and closure
• Lead project team resources and deliverables effectively
Requirements:
• Extensive LIMS implementation experience, especially OneLIMS
• Solid background in CSV within GMP settings
• Proven track record in leading project teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to independently manage workstreams
