In this permanent role at CASA Fort Road, you will provide essential administrative support for the IDEA department, helping to foster an inclusive setting. Your expertise will be used to manage calendars, coordinate events, and support employee engagement initiatives while ensuring departmental goals align with the cultural calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support for the IDEA department
• Oversee email, manage calendars, and organize documentation
• Prepare materials for meetings and reports as needed
• Curate the IDEA cultural calendar and assist in event planning
• Support training sessions and manage external partnerships
Requirements:
• Certificate in business or administration is required
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Minimum two to three years of related experience required
• Familiarity with cultural best practices required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
