In this 18-month term, you'll partner with various business areas at ATCO to provide expert recruitment guidance and deliver creative talent solutions. Your role includes leading full-cycle recruitment while actively promoting ATCO’s Employee Value Proposition. You will influence hiring decisions and aim to create meaningful candidate experiences that reflect a commitment to people.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to identify and fulfill talent needs
• Conduct end-to-end internal and external recruitment processes
• Build talent pipelines via recruitment events and digital platforms




• Collaborate across ATCO to support diverse hiring needs
• Provide insights and updates to HR partners and leaders
Requirements:
• 2+ years in-house recruitment experience
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with ATS; Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred
• CPHR or RPR designation preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
