The Clinical Education Instructor is responsible for developing and implementing clinical education for Acute Care, Emergency Room, and Obstetrical Services at the Selkirk Regional Health Centre. You will engage in assessing needs, creating training programs, and providing support to health specialists to enhance patient care standards. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you’ll ensure adherence to ethical codes and clinical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish evidence-based educational practices across clinical departments
• Develop and evaluate educational programs for health staff




• Conduct Learning Needs Assessments and implement findings
• Collaborate with medical teams for optimal patient care
• Ensure compliance with qualified standards in education delivery
Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in nursing or related discipline preferred
• Minimum four years’ experience in Acute Care nursing
• Certification in Adult Education an asset
• Demonstrated leadership in clinical teaching
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license required
