Join the Queen Alexandra Centre for Children's Health as an Infant Development Consultant in Victoria, BC. This full time role emphasizes supporting families and developing infants effectively.
As part of the Nurturing Connections program, the consultant will provide essential services to developmentally delayed infants. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and two years of qualified experience, along with a valid Class 5 license. The consultant will support families, leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality care for each child.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide services tailored to developmentally delayed infants
• Manage an assigned caseload across multiple sites
• Communicate effectively with families and team members
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team approach
• Promote parent-infant relationships and healthy development
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Infant Development, Child Care, or equivalent
• Minimum two years of relevant professional experience
• Valid Class 5 vehicle license required
• Robust independent working and organizational skills
• Physical ability to perform job duties
