You will oversee a dedicated team that partners with National Sport Organizations and stakeholders in the Canadian sport system. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, this role is pivotal in advancing Canada’s medal count at future Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop sport performance strategy aligned with OTP goals
• Enhance collaboration among technical teams
• Lead technical performance reviews for key sports
• Foster relationships with National Sport Organizations
• Manage stakeholder engagement and partnerships
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of 10 years in high-performance sport leadership
• Proven success with Olympic/Paralympic programs
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
