Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on Individual Education Plans and curriculum development
• Implement student-centered learning programs effectively




• Prepare and manage classroom activities, including assessments
• Foster positive discipline and conflict management strategies
• Develop and deliver culture-infused unit plans
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education or equivalent
• Valid BC teaching certificate and First Aid certification
• Demonstrated elementary teaching experience
• Knowledge of First Nations cultural perspectives
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
