Key Responsibilities:



• Direct hiring processes for Asset Management and Tech sectors • Cultivate partnerships with HRBP and business leaders • Train and mentor a team of recruiters for optimal performance • Participate in Talent Acquisition leadership initiatives • Drive the implementation of cutting-edge hiring technologies

Requirements: • 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience • Leadership experience with a focus on recruitment strategy • Familiarity with Asset Management roles is highly preferred • Past success in complex hiring scenarios • Strong cooperative and influencing abilities
