The ideal candidate is enrolled in Computer Science or related programs with solid Python and SQL skills. You will work on optimizing data transmission capacity to enhance network performance across various configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop software tools for optical network design
• Maximize data transmission capacity over specified distances
• Collaborate with Link Engineering team on optimal equipment provisioning




• Assist in predicting optical system performance
• Understand and apply data modeling concepts
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics
• Solid skills in Python and SQL programming
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts
• Understanding of containerization concepts
• Completion of a Communication Theory course is a plus
